1. How do I place an order for a regular bouquet?
If you need to place an order, go to our bouquet catalog & choose the bouquet that fits your liking, go to your cart to add a note to your order (optional), & then check out.
2. How do I place an order for a custom bouquet?
To place an order for a custom bouquet, click our "custom bouquet" tab & fill out our custom bouquet form. After you fill out & submit your form, we will email you within 24 hours with an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, you will receive a confirmation email for your delivery.
3. What is the turn around time for all bouquets?
Our turn around time can be anywhere from 1-3 days, depending on the type of bouquet or arrangement that you order. However, the earlier you order, the sooner you will receive your bouquet, unless you specify otherwise.
4. How do I care for my bouquets?

5. Does Petalsx444 offer refunds or exchanges?
No, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. That's why it is important for every customer to make sure their order is very specific & correct upon checking out.
6. Can I receive a confirmation if I only pay a deposit?
No, we don't accept deposits. All orders have to be paid in full before receiving a confirmation.
7. Does Petalsx444 accept cash?
No, we do not accept cash under any circumstances. We do not do "cash on delivery."
8. How long will my bouquet last?
Our standard bouquets last 1-2 weeks with proper care. Our metallic and glitter bouquets are tampered with, so they have a shorter shelf-life than standard roses. Please refer to our How To Care For Your Petals guide.
9. How will you contact the recipient?
When you are done adding your items to the cart, go to your actual cart and there will be a note box that will allow you to input a 2-3 sentence note w/ the recipients name & information.
10. Does Petalsx444 offer shipping?
No, we do not offer shipping as of yet. All orders placed will be delivery only, in the Atlanta area.
