Your satisfaction is our priority with every purchase. Please be aware that given the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to issue refunds.

Ordering Guide Lines:

To ensure timely delivery, kindly place your order at least 5-7 days in advance.

For last minute requests, same-day and rush fees will apply. Please refer to our order form for a seamless ordering process.

Confirmation & Payment:

All costs & fees must be paid in full to receive a confirmation for your bouquet order.

Special Considerations For Unique Bouquets:

 All glitter & metallic sprayed bouquets are suggested for special occasions and should be ordered 3-5 days prior to when you need them. Being that they have been tampered with, please be mindful that they may bloom differently than standard roses.
